LUDA - LOOK UP DAPP

Currently in early development, with deployment scheduled for

phase one - April 2025 and phase two Q2 2026.

The concept includes the incorporation of the following decentralized services:

                                                                   Phase One

Smart Deal will streamline the process of buying, selling, and requesting goods and services, ensuring both parties fulfill their obligations through automated, trustless transactions.

Offer and Requests Listings: Users can list offers and requests of the goods or services with detailed descriptions, images, payment and terms of the deal.

Acceptance & Agreement: Interested parties can accept offers or requests and set the terms of their agreement, which will be added into a deal.

Payment Escrow: Payments are held in Escrow until the conditions of the deal are met. This provides security for both parties, ensuring that the buyer receives the goods or services and the seller gets paid.

Automated Compliance Checks: The DApp automatically verifies that all terms of the deal are met through various checkpoints. When all conditions are satisfied, the escrowed funds are released.

Penalties: Specialized anti-fraud penalty mechanism, ensuring the integrity and decency of all parties.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of disagreements, a structured dispute resolution mechanism is in place.

Smart Shipment will facilitate the secure and timely delivery of tangible items.

Shipment Listings: Users can list their shipments with package description, pickup location, delivery destination, payment and delivery timeframe.

Carrier Profiles: The DApp will track carriers’ profiles and showcase their reliability, previous delivery records, and user reviews.

Pickup & Delivery Confirmation: Built-in mechanisms ensure that the carrier has picked up the package and delivered it to the specified destination.

Payment and Insurance Escrow: The payment for carriers and insurance for senders is held in escrow until the delivery is completed.

Rating & Review: After the completion of the delivery, all parties can rate and review each other.

                                                                     Phase Two

Smart Fundraising will enable community members to pool resources for common goals or projects.

Project Proposal: Users can pitch projects or events. Proposals will include detailed project outlines, expected outcomes, milestones, and required funding.

Transparent Monitoring: Once a project gets approval, it is listed on a public dashboard. Here, contributors can monitor the progress, funds collected, milestones achieved, and expenditures.

Contribution Tiers: Users will contribute based on different tiers, each with its rewards.

Milestone-based Release: Funds will be disbursed based on milestones. This ensures that the project adheres to its timeline and goals, ensuring accountability.

Community Engagement: Regular updates will be posted, fostering community engagement and involvement. Feedback loops can also be established for iterative improvements.

Smart Sponsorship will allow patrons to back specific individuals, teams, or events in exchange for recognition, promotional benefits, or other returns.

Sponsorship Listings: Sponsors can list their offers and community members or teams seeking sponsorships can list their profiles, achievements, and requirements.

ROI Tracking: Sponsors get detailed analytics on their sponsorship's performance.

Contractual Agreements: Built-in smart contracts will automate the agreement terms between the sponsor and the sponsee. This ensures both parties adhere to their commitments.

Community Recognition: Sponsors can be acknowledged on leaderboards, hall of fame, or special mentions during community events.
